Ingredients
6oz plain
chocolate
1/2oz butter
4 eggs
1 tablespoon rum (optional)
Chocolate curls to decorate
Method
1). Melt
the chocolate and butter in a bowl, (either over a
pan of hot water, or in the microwave).
2). When
the chocolate is completely melted, beat in the egg
yolks and the rum, if used.
3). In a
separate bowl whisk the egg whites stiffly, then fold
them into the chocolate mixture.
4). Pour
into 4 small cups or glasses and place in fridge to
set.
5). Just
before serving top each cup with a few chocolate
curls.
6). May be
served accompanied with Morning Coffee
biscuits.
