General Information


The Bergepanzer Tiger(P)also known as Elephant was a tank destroyer , 3 of which were used by the germans between 1943 and 1945.

The vehicle was manned by a crew of 6 and was 3.38 metres wide, 7.05 metres long, 2.5 metres high and weighed 55 tonnes.

Powered by a 640hp petrol engine the Bergepanzer Tiger(P) was capable of a road speed of 18mph and a cross country speed of 8mph. The Bergepanzer Tiger(P) had a road range of 93 miles

Based on the tiger(p) chassis, the vehicle was armed with 1 light machine gun.
