General Information


The Panzerbeobachtungswagen III was an artillery observation post vehicle , 262 of which were used by the germans between 1943 and 1945.

The vehicle was manned by a crew of 5 and was 2.92 metres wide, 5.52 metres long, 2.5 metres high and weighed 23 tonnes.

Powered by a 300hp petrol engine the Panzerbeobachtungswagen III was capable of a road speed of 25mph and a cross country speed of 11mph. The Panzerbeobachtungswagen III had a road range of 103 miles
