General Information

The StuG III Ausf G 7.5cm Stu.K. L/48also known as Stug III was a self propelled artillery vehicle , 7720 of which were used by the germans between 1942 and 1945.

The vehicle was manned by a crew of 4 and was 2.95 metres wide, 5.54 metres long, 2.16 metres high and weighed 23.9 tonnes.

Powered by a 300hp petrol engine the StuG III Ausf G 7.5cm Stu.K. L/48 was capable of a road speed of 25mph and a cross country speed of 11mph. The StuG III Ausf G 7.5cm Stu.K. L/48 had a road range of 88 miles
