AMD 175 (Panhard)

The AMD 175 (Panhard) was an armoured car used by the french between 1935 and 1945.

The vehicle was manned by a crew of 3 and was 2.26 metres wide, 4.62 metres long, 2.36 metres high and weighed 14.5 tonnes.

Powered by a hp petrol engine the AMD 175 (Panhard) was capable of a road speed of 45mph . The AMD 175 (Panhard) had a road range of 405 miles

Based on the armoured car chassis, the vehicle was armed with 1 light machine gun, a C.L. de 25 antichar SA-L mle1934 L/72 with a muzzle velocity of 918m/sec which was capable of penetrating 35mm of armour at 800metres
